Quantiacs now supports Python 3

We are excited to announce that the Quantiacs toolbox now supports Python 3.  We have released version 3.0.1 of the Python toolkit.  You can download it from github here: https://github.com/Quantiacs/quantiacs-python, or you can use Python’s pip installer to upgrade.  The pip upgrade command is: “pip3 install --upgrade quantiacsToolbox”.
